When will I receive my order? TOP
All orders ship out on Mondays and Wednesdays. We ship USPS priority mail and generally your order is received in 2-5 business days. For international orders we will contact you with a more accurate estimate for your delivery.
How do I return my order? TOP
All sales are final except under the following conditions; the product was grossly misrepresented, or damaged upon receipt. To return an item you must first contact us at noellegarrettdesigns@gmail.com
Please explain the issue with the product and if it meets the above conditions we will issue you a return #. Please do not return an item without firs contacting us. Shipping for returns in not reimbursed. We will be happy to exchange your product for store credit only. Thank You!
What method of payment do your prefer? TOP
We prefer paypal as a method of payment, however you may pay by personal check or money order. However your order will not ship until we receive your payment and it has cleared. Please send check/money order to Noelle Garrett Designs 760 N. 4th Ave. Covina, CA 91723.
How much is shipping? TOP
Shipping costs are calculated according to the total weight of the package. We ship via USPS Priority Mail. We use flat rate mail for most items. Larger items are shipped Priority Mail according to weight. Generally items under 2lbs are $4.75. 3-15lbs are $9.80 and 15-20lbs are $12.75. Anything over 20lbs, rates will be calculated and your approval will be requested before the order is shipped. Shipping rates are adjusted upon processing your order. Additional funds will be requested at this time.
Do you ship internationally? TOP
We do ship internationally.however a minimum additional fee of $15.00 will be added to the standard calculated shipping fees. Please contact us for specific fees before placing an international order, as well as for a time frame for receiving your order. Thank You.
Do you accept custom orders? TOP
We welcome your custom orders. We can create any product of your choice using your photographs, new or vintage. Also available are custom gift sets using current products for sale on the site, or new items of your choice. We can also accommodate large orders of many of our products for wedding showers, parties or any occasion. Please contact us and we will be happy to assist you in any way we can.

Do custom orders cost more? TOP
Yes, a custom order is usually a few dollars more than our regular retail price because we use specific materials you request. We will quote you a price upon inquiry.
